Coaching is an interactive experience of first discovering our blind spots and limiting beliefs, how they came about, and how to get rid of them. Then we move to your goals and passions and what it is going to take from us to reach them. And finally, we build that version of you who is a high achiever.

The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of the situation and how deep the restoration work is. It also depends on the speed at which you can digest and facilitate change in your life. Then, it also depends on the size of your goals and your commitment and openness to the process. Certainly! This will, of course, take longer because we have to establish certain foundational issues individually before we can move forward together. It also depends on the couple's goals. If, for instance, they just want to work on relational issues, then that would be a common goal. If they want to accomplish certain things together, then that would be another common goal that goes beyond the first one, and this could mean a longer journey. Again, there are no limits to how long something should take. We discussed this in our discovery call, and we agree to which level you want to be pushed to accomplish your goals.
